Account & Registration

All you need to register is a Active mobile number and your Date of birth is required. No NID or documents are needed at registration. However, KYC verification is required before withdrawal — your NID will be needed at that stage. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes.

Each mobile number can only be used for One account Only one account may be opened. Having multiple accounts violates f21's rules — if discovered, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Wagering means you must bet your bonus funds a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with 30x wagering, you need to place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.

f21 uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.5 mean that a ৳100 bet returns a total of ৳250 if you win (৳100 stake + ৳150 profit). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the bigger the payout.

Live betting means placing bets while a match is in progress. on the betting page and click the "LIVE" tab. You'll see all ongoing matches — click on any of them to place bets on live odds. Odds are updated in real time.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bet amounts will be full refund is provided. For parlay bets, the cancelled match is removed and the remaining bets are settled accordingly. Refunds are generally processed within 24 hours.

Minimum bet amount ৳10. The same limit applies to both Sports and Casino. Maximum bet amounts vary by game and event.

A parlay means combining bets on multiple matches into one. If all selections are correct, the odds multiply and you can win significantly more. However, if even one selection is wrong, you lose the entire bet. High risk, high reward.

App & Technology

On Android, go to Settings → Security → enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install unknown apps". Then try installing the APK file again. On Android 8+, this setting can be found directly within the browser.

Close and reopen the app. Check your internet connection. Make sure you're using the correct mobile number and password. If the problem persists, uninstall the app and download it again fresh.
