F21 Terms & Conditions — Full User Guide

F21 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "f21") operates the website www.f21.online and all its subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all f21 services.

By registering or using f21's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using f21.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, f21's decision shall be considered final.
• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with f21, you must meet the following requirements. f21 reserves the right to close any account at any time if these conditions are not met.

• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID or passport may be required to verify your age.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.
• If your contact details change after registration, you must notify f21 promptly.

All financial transactions on f21 are transparent and follow defined rules. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Applicable for all methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made from your own account only. Depositing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide the correct TrxID for your deposit. An incorrect TrxID may delay the credit to your account.
• Deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, please contact Support.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals will only be sent to a verified mobile banking number.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance. Your main balance can be withdrawn at any time.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on your KYC level (see the table above).
• f21 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, mobile banking service charges may apply.

F21's bonus program is designed exclusively for our users. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% on your first deposit — up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 30x (bonus + deposit).
• Weekly Cashback: 15% of net losses. No wagering required — withdrawable immediately.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• f21 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any instance of Bonus Abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and termination of the account.

All games on f21 are conducted in accordance with international standards. The following rules are strictly enforced to ensure fair play.

• All slots and table games use internationally certified RNG technology. Results are entirely random and cannot be predicted.
• If a technical error disrupts a game, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• If suspicious activity (such as bot usage or collusion) is detected and confirmed in any game, the account will be terminated.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled in cricket or other Sports Betting markets, stakes are generally refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the decision of f21's Support team is final.

To protect f21 and all its users, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Abuse or strategic exploitation of the bonus system.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Attempting to hack or breach f21's systems or security.
• Assisting minors in creating an account or playing on their behalf.
• Using insider or unethical information in live betting (e.g. match-fixing related information).

F21 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the reasons listed below. Users may also request account closure themselves.

• f21 may immediately suspend an account in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If an account is closed at the user's request, any verified balance will be refunded.
• Upon a self-exclusion request, your account can be suspended for a specified period.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12+ months) may be marked as dormant. Contact support to reactivate.
• You may appeal an account closure decision — contact Support within 7 days.

• Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — account closure from 6 months up to permanently.
